Standard Conditions of Service

The Standard Conditions of Service of Namport apply between Namport and each Customer who uses Namport's services or facilities at the Ports of Walvis Bay or Lüderitz or any other designated Port.

By using the services and/or facilities of Namport you agree to be bound by Namport's Standard Conditions of Service, as may be amended from time to time.

If you are using the services and/or facilities of Namport on behalf of another person or entity, then you are agreeing to Namport's Standard Conditions of Service on behalf of such person and entity and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to Namport's Standard Conditions of Service.

No term or condition at variance with the standard terms and conditions as contained in the Namport Standard Conditions of Service shall apply or be binding on Namport unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing between Namport and yourself or your duly authorised representative(s).
