Namport recognises that many apprentices studying at various training centres are experiencing great difficulties in finding job attachment opportunities each year where they are expected to obtain practical experience.

For this purpose, a job attachment scheme has been introduced to assist as many apprentices as possible. Selection of these apprentices is done in conjunction with the relevant training institutions and will be based on the trainees’ good academic and theoretical perfomance.

The job attachment scheme will provide for the following:

1. A monthly allowance is paid for the days that a trainee is at work and it excludes days of absenteeism.
2. Social Security contribution for the attachment period.
3. Daily transportation to and from Namport.

All applications should be submitted to HR – Training section. The Job Attachment Committee will make the final selection.
